Kidney Stones!
This morning Jacob woke up in enormous pain. So I hurried and got dressed and Talmage in his car seat and ready to go! We headed off to Mercy Gilbert E.R. Jacob was in sooooooooo much pain. I felt so bad for him. They gave him TONS of pain meds and finally after a few hours, the pain lessened. After several tests, they discovered he had kidney stones...3 of them! Ouch!! So he's at home for the next few days. 4 medications, Wal-mart runs, Panda Express, and a new dvd, he's feeling a little bit better! But I have a feeling that there's a long, hard, and painful road ahead of him.

My little piano player!
Today we were at Grandma and Grandpa's house (Jacob's parents). They had the cutest little piano. And it actually was a REAL piano but just a lot smaller than usual. It was so cute and just Talmage's size. I knew he would LOVE playing on it! He loves his baby piano and loves to hit the piano keys while I'm teaching piano. SO here are some pics of him playing. He played for a long time and didn't want to leave it. It was so stinkin cute!

My Project Transformation!
I'm so excited about this! I bought some outdated gold, brassy, ugly looking lamps at Goodwill. I loved the shape of them, just not the color. I wish I had a before picture but I forgot to put my memory card back in when I took the before picture. Any, you can just use your imagination.
They looked kind of like this lamp's brassy color...but worse!
So, I spray painted them black! And I LOVE LOVE LOVE how they turned out! And they look even better in person with the light on too!
(Sorry about the blurry picture and wierd angle, I'm a horrible photographer!)
I bought the lampshade at Walmart on clearance for $4 a piece. They were normally $15 a piece. Then I bought some ribbon to match our decor for $4 also. I figured out that if I bought the same size lamp base at Walmart, already painted black, it would've cost me $25 a piece!! Crazy! I love saving money! So all in all, I figured out that it cost me $32 for both lamps combined when I would've spent $64 to buy the same look!!
I love it!

Baby's First Easter:
We took Talmage to the Chandler Mall tonight and discovered that the Easter Bunny was there! So Talmage got to meet the Easter Bunny and get his picture taken! We had a picture where he was REALLY smiling but it turned out blurry. maybe I'll post it anyway. Here's the pics from tonight!
