Pregnancy Weight Gain

Do you hate it when people ask how much weight you gained with your pregnancy? After I lost all the pregnancy weight from Talmage, I was happy to tell anyone that I gained 50 lbs. But now, being pregnant again, I feel like I'm becoming obsessed with my pregnancy weight gain and I feel bad for how much I've gained. It can be so frustrating. I feel like I have to be on a diet and never give in to cravings or I'll gain 2-3 lbs in a day. And, with my luck, those 2-3 lbs usually stay for good. It's so hard because I crave sweets all the time but I can hardly ever eat them, in fear of gaining too much weight. I want to enjoy this pregnancy and eat what I want but I just can't. I'm determined to only gain around 25-30 lbs but it's so hard. I've been working out this pregnancy too, but I don't know how much it's helping the weight gain. I'm just getting kind of down and discouraged about it. I stress out everytime I get weighed at the doctor. I feel so embarrassed.

OK I think you look great, for one. And seriously don't worry. I would rather gain weight while preggo and lose it when I'm not. But I barely gain when I'm preggo and gain a ton and keep it when I'm nursing and even after I'm not nursing anymore. Its so frustrating. Don't be embarrassed! I know someone who gained 85lbs when preggo so I always think about that when I get discouraged:)

You are so cute! And might I add, tiny, even pregnant. So don't stress it too much! You did an amazing job getting it all off after Talmage and you'll do it again this time! Enjoy being pregnant while it lasts.

Noelle, you have to stop all of those negative feelings. Eat what you want, enjoy your pregnancy, dont be embarressed about ANYTHING and lose the weight later. Really, life it way to short to worry about what others think. You're Beautiful!!!

Noelle, don't even worry about it. Just tell yourself you'll loose all the weight after and enjoy your pregnancy!

Oh Ellie! Don't feel bad for weight gain! It is a natural part of pregnancy. Plus, you are so little and petite that gaining more than an average woman is pretty normal. The smaller you are the more you should gain in pregnancy. Keep your chin up! You are so beautiful and I love your prego belly!
